This website is operated by Dave Arrowsmith, a sole trader based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK. He is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you sign up to the mailing list, your email address is collected and stored with Kit (Kit.com, a product of ConvertKit LLC). This is used only to send infrequent updates about gigs, recordings, and news. The legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you contact Dave by email or WhatsApp (details on the Contact page), any personal information you include — such as your name, email address, or phone number — is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to any mailing list without your explicit agreement. The legal basis is legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
This site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process your IP address as part of delivering web pages. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.
The Music section of this site includes embedded content from YouTube and SoundCloud. This content is not loaded automatically — you need to click the play button to activate it.
